i've never understood what friendship meant to me.
just yesterday we had to reflect upon a friend.
told to describe an experience with him than after which describe what you'd say to him if he should leave.
for a moment i was lost for words.
i couldn't find any words to speak of.
i never thought i had to go through the fact of weeping goodbye to the dearest one.
i never treasured the fact i had friends and i never made it known to them all the while they were precious.
only with the bitter truth of them leaving did it struck me alive.
somehow the droplets of rain stung on me,
the burning scorching sunlight,
is nothing compared to losing you.
weak and fragile as it seems,
my life is all but a black and white film playing over and over again,
without you.
you've brought light and truth.
you've made me realise.
